aMAZElab is a non-profit cultural laboratory dedicated to the dissemination and study of contemporary culture. Founded in 2000 by Claudia Zanfi with a group of scholars and artists, it includes museum directors, journalists, students, researchers and university lecturers among its members.

aMAZElab works as a network for creative production, reflection and cultural exchange across interdisciplinary fields. It develops research on territories, local communities, micro-geographies and emerging cultures.

Main activities include editorial projects, magazines and publications; contemporary art and photography exhibitions; film and video screenings; conferences, seminars, symposia; urban tours and interventions; and international meetings.
